This world's Yetis are a subrace of Giants covered entirely in fur whose faces are always completely obscured, so that we never see how they actually look like. Gintama, Katsura tries to use a bigfoot's den as shelter from a snowstorm, thinking it had vacated it after he left a note asking it to do so in one of its shoes along with a thumbtack. The broader franchise also has a Bigfoot-analogue in the form of Mojyamon's forest-dwelling subspecies Jungle Mojyamon. Examples of yeti-like Mons include Mojyamon, a Monster of the Week in Digimon Adventure 02 while Digimon Frontier has a heroic example in the form of Korikkakumon, an ax-wielding yeti who is the Beast Warrior of Ice.
